16.Final Product Overview

 For my advanced portfolio, I created a film promotion package consisting of a trailer, film poster and social media content. My chosen genre is psychological thriller, which allowed me to explore themes of mystery, tension and suspense.

The aim of my project was to create a product that follows the conventions of real film marketing while also appealing to a specific target audience of teenagers and young adults. Across all three elements, I maintained a consistent visual style through the use of dark colour palettes, minimal lighting and bold typography.

The trailer introduces the narrative and creates intrigue without revealing too much, while the poster reinforces the themes visually. The social media content extends the narrative further and helps engage the audience beyond the trailer.

Overall, my promotion package works as a cohesive brand, with each element supporting the others to create a professional and realistic media product.
