19.Representation in my final product

 Representation is an important aspect of my media product, as I aimed to portray my main character in a realistic and relatable way. I chose to represent a young individual experiencing psychological tension, which reflects common themes in the thriller genre.

I avoided overly stereotypical portrayals by focusing on subtle emotions and reactions rather than exaggerated behaviour. This was achieved through close-up shots and natural acting.

The use of costume and setting also contributed to representation, as I used everyday clothing and familiar locations to make the narrative more believable.

Overall, my representation allows the audience to connect with the character while still fitting within the conventions of the genre.
